81-Year-Old Man Killed In Pennsylvania House Explosion ID'd An 81-year-old man killed when his Pennsylvania home exploded has been identified, authorities announced. Roy Daniels died in the explosion at his home in the 100 block of Juniata Parkway East in Howe Township early Wednesday, Sept. 30, according to the Perry County Coroner's Office. Daniels was the sole occupant of the home. Pennsylvania State Police were dispatched to the property at approximately 5:30 a.m. for a report of a house explosion. The coroner's office was later called to the scene for one person, and Daniels' body was recovered from the debris. An autopsy determined Daniels …
