Patient Accused Of Assaulting Staffer At Hospital In Fairfield County A Fairfield County man was arrested for allegedly attacking an area hospital employee and making threats. Brian Dougherty, age 51, of Stamford, was arrested around 3:30 a.m., Saturday, Jan. 30, after Greenwich Police Officers responded to Greenwich Hospital, authorities said. Dougherty assaulted a member of the hospital staff and made threats, said Greenwich PD Capt. Mark E. Zuccerella. He was charged with assaulting a public health worker, threatening, and disorderly conduct. Dougherty was held on a $10,000 bond which he was unable to post.

Eric Lapenna, 33, of Milford, was arrested on Thursday, Nov. 12, by Milford Police, said the Milford Police.  Lapenna is accused of threatening to hurt a woman that was driving him from an appointment. The female exited the vehicle and Lapenna then grabbed her purse, got in the driver’s seat, and drove away in her vehicle in June 2020.
