Social Media Post Threatening To Kill Blacks Under Investigation In South Jersey
Police in Salem County are investigating a racist social media post that threatens to kill blacks, NJ Advance Media reported. The post depicts a young person wearing a mask with text on the photo saying: “(N-words) need to die they need to Dieee," the outlet said. It was being circulated on Facebook and among Woodstown High School students, the outlet said. Woodstown police said they are aware of the screenshots being circulated and are investigating. CDC: COVID Vaccinated Students, Teachers Don't Need To Wear Masks In Classroom
Fully vaccinated teachers and students do not have to wear masks while in the classroom starting this fall under brand-new COVID-19 guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention released on Friday, July 9. The updated recommendation comes as more than 55 percent of the United States' population has received at least one vaccine dose, including more than 47 percent who are fully vaccinated. 19: Employee Tests Positive At School In Fairfield County
Another staff member at a Fairfield County school has tested positive for COVID-19. The Weston School District announced on Friday, Oct. 16 that the person works at the Weston Middle School. It was unclear whether it was a teacher, administrator, or another staffer. The announcement comes two days after a staff member at Weston High School tested positive.
