A 30-year-old Warren man was arrested and charged on Tuesday, March 18, after he was found to be in possession of a hunting bow and a knife near a middle school in Middlesex, authorities said.
At 11:31 a.m., officers responded to a report of a man, later identified as Robert Villa, with a camouflaged bag used for transporting weapons, trespassing at Von E. Mauger Middle School, Middlesex police said.
