A pair of New Jersey siblings will be competing on the latest season of "The Amazing Race" on CBS. Maya Mody, 20, and Rohan Mody, 23, both students from Monmouth Junction, will be participating the in 36th race around the sun, premiering Wednesday, March 13. Sports Cameraman Killed In Cape May Boating Accident: 'Great Man, Better Friend'
The 45-year-old boater killed this week in Cape May Harbor is being mourned by those who knew him. Christopher W. Heitman, a longtime camera operator for various news networks, was operating a 17-foot Sea Hunt struck a pipe that broke free from its mooring and entered the channel around 2:20 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 8, New Jersey State Police said. A pair of tornados touched down in New Jersey and Pennsylvania during Monday, June 26's afternoon storms, the National Weather Service confirmed. Few details have been released in the twisters that touched down in Bernardsville (Somerset County, NJ) and Lower Mt. Bethel Township (Northampton County, PA).
