A new report says he had lost his job following the allegations. Lindsay Clancy’s lawyer asked a Massachusetts judge to acquit her in the deaths of her three children, weeks after a jury failed to reach a verdict. A Connecticut man who paid $500 in hopes of reaching ISIS in Syria has been sentenced to more than seven years in federal prison, authorities said. A 68-year-old Pennsylvania man died three days after he was critically injured in a house fire, authorities announced on Monday, Sept. 28. Ronald T. Avery, of Bloomsburg, was caught in the fire in the 200 block of Ridge Street in Scott Township, Columbia County, around 5:40 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 21, Lehigh County Coroner Daniel A. Buglio said.
