Kat VanAllen, of Franklin, was identified as the driver of a Ford SUV that was struck shortly after 9:30 a.m. Thursday, June 18, at the intersection of Route 23 and Mabie Street.
VanAllen's teenage daughter, who was riding in the vehicle, suffered serious injuries and was airlifted to a local trauma center.
